Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible electronics and accessories.

Conditions for Return

• The product is unused and in original working condition
• Original packaging, box and accessories are intact
• All tags, labels and seals are attached
• A valid invoice/order confirmation is available

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or activated products (e.g. mobiles with SIM/account activated)
• Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Personal care and hygiene-related accessories (if applicable)
• Products explicitly marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
